Festoon allows to it is said to be “Quick, easy, and it works with your existing IM”… you can use both skype and google talk…

Pros: very nice idea, easy to use, free

Cons: there were some bugs starting the program, completely useless if you don’t use skype or google talk

Overall mark: 7/10
