Creating Ohmybuzz! there were two major problems they wanted to address : the loss of time for a user to find the right stuff at the right price…and the fact that whatever the extent of the search made by search engines, they could not list the “deal next door”, simply because it is not on the !

So initially from a user/consumer perspective they quickly moved to a merchant perspective : what were the barriers for the best offers both from the and from brick & mortar shops to be known to users? You offer will transit through our moderation team. As soon as you get approval, the buzz will be available online; otherwise you will receive an e-mail with instructions on what to change or enhance.

At any time you have the possibility to boost your offer with the Booster paying option. This will increase the visibility of your buzz.

    Interesting project. I wonder whether this kind of business model can disturb ebay model. Giving visibility to the most popular offers is really disruptive in the auction/ad industry. Let’s see what happens to them !
