An interesting has been launched some time ago, but most websites including techcrunch, mashable and readandwriteweb have neglected. It’s called scheduledonce and it’s an excellent tool for .
Ron, the founder of has agreed to tell us more about this project.

What is this about?
ScheduleOnce is a dead-simple 2.0 service that helps you find a time for your meeting with absolute accuracy across all time zones and daylight saving changes. The service is specifically designed for those hard-to- with multiple time zones, many invitees and different calendar systems.

is based on a patent-pending method that converts timeframes with absolute accuracy across any combination of time zones and daylight saving changes. When scheduling with you can rest assured that all invitees receive the correct time, anytime in the year and anywhere on the globe.

What makes this special?
What makes better than other scheduling tools?

Absolute accuracy: uses a patent-pending time conversion engine that takes into account both time zones and daylight saving changes across any number of geopolitical regions. All times in are always absolutely accurate across all geopolitical regions anytime in the year!

Bi-directional scheduling engine: The ScheduleOnce scheduling engine allows both the organizer and the invitees to suggest alternative meeting times. This capability allows the organizer to select the most appropriate scheduling method for every situation and reduces the time and the number of iterations that are needed to arrive at a suitable time for the meeting.

Simplicity: This is the most important design principle that has guided us through the definition and development of the system. Creating a new meeting can be done in a manner of seconds.

User experience: is a modern application that utilizes Ajax and 2.0 technologies to provide a superior user experience, at par with the user experience of a desktop application!

System independent: is completely -based and system independent. There is no need to download any software; all you need is a browser. In addition, doesn’t require that all meeting attendees use the same calendar tool or that they register.

Businesshackers has found this interesting and we rated it 7/10, but there is no doubt that usability has to be improved. Nevertheless it’s a good option for most users.

Well.. 7/10 seems to much… I would say 6/10 would be a good mark for it. It has been omitted because there are better startups to write about. It’s that simple.

I agree with you Michael… I would recommend other startups too… that’s true that this is not the best one.
