SuTree is a service that lets users bookmark and organize free video lessons, video tutorials, video ‘how to’ guides and DIY from all over the . One can think of it as the of e-learning. Launched in mid-March, SuTree has already indexed more than 5,000 video lessons.

The principles behind SuTree are simple:

1. It is usually easier to learn something by watching a lesson then by reading texts.
2. The is full of free stuff - including quality video lessons on almost any subject.
3. Using search engines to find quality free video-lessons can be difficult and frustrating.
4. A community that collaborates and shares knowledge is smarter and more powerful than any editor, robot or algorithm.
5. In the age of information, knowledge should be: free, available to all, accurate and communicative.
6. Each and every one of us starts learning when he/she is a baby and never stops: continuous learning is part of being human.
7. We don’t always know an expert or a that can give us the practical advice or us what we need to learn.

Basically, SuTree is for anyone who wants to learn something new. The founders feel that learning by video or other interactive thechnology is easier and more fun than reading text, so instead of searching for the lesson in a search engine and receiving text tutorials and related products, you can go straight into SuTree and find exactly the lesson you need - in video.

SuTree brings a simple service, that is meant to make life easier for everyone that wants to learn something on the . The site was designed SuTree with all types of users in mind: from inexperienced users like elder people to savvy users.

The first goal of SuTree is to reach around 20,000 lessons in the first year.

That’s really cool… how much do they charge for a month? Is it cheap? I wouldn’t spend more than 20 pounds a year to use it..
