That’s what he told us:

The original idea for Emokoo came from personal use of site’s such as Flickr, Facebook and . From what started off as a personal site to combine all these sites soon turned into a new service.

Emokoo has evolved into a new community allowing you to share media from other communities. If you like to share photos, video’s and other media but are sick of uploading them to every networking site, emokoo is for you.

You will be able to search for your friends, leave comments, send messages along with displaying all your networking media in one place. As well as much, much more

There are plans to continue to develop Emokoo further by supporting more networks along with an API that will allow other developers to hook directly into the service.

For those of you who don’t know this , Emokoo is a relatively new project that very few websites have talked about so far. It’s very simple, but more and more people are saying that it’s worth using.
