The HR Scorecard, extremely simple and useful now

HR applications represent an interesting niche on the internet that most surfers tend to ignore. A couple of days ago I came across an interesting site that describes the HR Hire Scorecard.

The HR Scorecard is basically a tool that will help to estimate quantitative and qualitative indicators of HR Hire process. Human resources metrics and indicators include: â€œAccession rateâ€, â€œStaffing yieldâ€, â€œReferral hiresâ€, â€œEfficiency of new hiresâ€, â€œRetention rateâ€, â€œStaffing efficiency ratioâ€ and few more. It’s a framework that is particularly useful for companies growing at a rate that requires hiring new employees.

There are four categories of metrics and each of them has got many details. Cost estimation and efficiency analysis can be easily performed. An interesting option metricâ€™s settings is that HR stuff can optimization its work and achieve excellent results.

HR Metrics and Excel export options are available and it’s also possible to save frameworks for future usage. What is more you can now use copy paste to transfer data in a very convenient way. Sound obvious, but actually none of the other applications I tried before can do this job.

The site provides full description of the fuctions of this great tool and some general information as well. Designing HR scorecard is not as easy as 123, but thanks to this project is getting simpler and simpler. That’s another site to keep in mind as you might need to hire new people for you next amazing startup.
