One of the main problems most of us have is that we need thousands of programs to perform different tasks. I personally love Opera, and it’s 9.5 release is absolutely great. In case you are still “Explorer addicted” or “Firefox addicted” there is something very useful to deal with torrents.

TorrentRelay is a good way to do without Azureus or similar programs (Bittorent, XlLSM, etc.). It’s a free site that uses uses a mixture of Perl, Python, Ajax and plain HTML to get things done. It’s very easy to use and it takes about 5 min to start downloading a big file. Torrent Relay can only work with browser that support a ‘Save As’ style dialog. You can copy the download link when provided, for a one time use with other applications such as VLC.

We used to have a “buffer not found” problem. This was a major problem with the initial release of Torrent Relay. The problem occurs when the site can’t allocate enough resources to complete the download safely. This buffer bug seems to have been fixed as of June 12th, 2008.

In case you know anything similar please let us know. It’s a what we call a “simple, but effective startup”.
